The integration job died in 25 seconds, before kind ever started:
go build -o _output/s3-csi ./cmd/s3-csi
stat cmd/s3-csi: directory not found
It is cmd/s3-csi-driver. The Dockerfile paths were corrected earlier; this
go build line was the same stale path in a different place and was missed.
Everything after it — create cluster, load images, deploy, the crash-recovery
tests — was skipped, so the job's real coverage never ran at all. Reproduced
locally: the old path errors, the new one builds both binaries.
