zeekayandHanzo Dev a33674604e deps(go-bip39): add the missing go.sum for the luxfi/go-bip39 shim

third_party/go-bip39 declared 'require github.com/luxfi/go-bip39 v1.1.2'
with no go.sum at all, so any default (-mod=readonly) build of that
module failed with 'missing go.sum entry'. Recorded the current hashes
and the golang.org/x/crypto indirect that go mod tidy pulls in.

go build ./... and go test ./... pass in that module.
