zooqueenandHanzo Dev 3dbc8b8541 feat: overhaul SDK index, add conformance spec, and fix language mappings

- Add complete multi-language SDK matrix (Python, TS, Go, Rust, PHP, Ruby, Dart, Java, Kotlin, Swift, C++, C#, Fetch, Angular, CLI)
- Fix dedicated org repository links (hanzo-php/sdk, hanzo-ruby/sdk, hanzo-dart/sdk, hanzo-go/sdk, etc.)
- Add OpenAPI 3.1 canonical specification (spec/openapi.json) for /v1 routes and Kai decision governance
- Add wire conformance test fixtures (auth, chat, SSE streaming, tool calls, Kai decisions, embeddings, errors)
- Add standalone zero-dependency Python conformance runner and local mock gateway (conformance/runner.py)
- Add runnable multi-language quickstarts in examples/
- Add GitHub Actions CI workflow for conformance verification (.github/workflows/conformance.yml)

Overview

This repository is the canonical index, documentation hub, and wire conformance authority for all official Hanzo AI SDKs.

Hanzo maintains two distinct tiers of client libraries:

Full Cloud SDKs: Complete, typed projections of the entire Hanzo Cloud platform (over 2,400 operations covering models, agents, compute, storage, datastore, IAM, billing, chain, and networking).
AI & Agents Flagship SDKs: Ergonomic, hand-crafted libraries designed for models, streaming inference, agent orchestration, tool calling, memory systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and the Kai Agent Governance & Behavioral Policy Engine.
CLI & Developer Utilities: Unified terminal workflows via hanzoai/cli and hanzo.sh.
