main carried the pre-rip stack in its manifest — React 18, Vite 5, thirty
@radix-ui packages, tailwindcss, cva, clsx, cmdk — while its source had already
been repointed. kill/shadcn is what actually removes them, so the dependency
list is taken from that side wholesale, plus @hanzo/event, which main's new
src/analytics.tsx imports. 70 dependencies to 18 + 16 dev.
Conflicts resolved on the merits rather than by side:
- The five conflicting components took main's CONTENT (the current Discord
invite, the billing copy) and were then put back through the codemod, which
is why this merge translates another 758 Tailwind occurrences. The pipeline is
idempotent on already-migrated files — 5 of 456 changed — so "re-run it" is a
real resolution strategy here and not a gamble.
- Four of those files still imported @/components/ui/{button,radix-button},
which the rip deleted; they now import @hanzo/ui like the rest of the tree.
That was a build error, not a style one: main has never built against the
ripped source.
- Contact.tsx, download/Footer.tsx, open-source/CommunitySection.tsx and
pricing/PricingFooterLinks.tsx stay deleted. main only changed a Discord URL
inside them, and nothing imports them — the importers that look like theirs
resolve to pages/Contact, components/Footer and products/CommunitySection.
- pnpm-lock.yaml is restored and regenerated with pnpm 9.15.4, and
package-lock.json is gone. .hanzo/workflows/deploy.yml runs
`pnpm install --frozen-lockfile`, so the npm lockfile an earlier commit
introduced was both the second way to do this and a broken deploy waiting to
happen. Verified: --frozen-lockfile exits 0 against this manifest.
Verified on the merged tree: build green; 0 Tailwind occurrences; 93 routes at
390px and 1280px with no horizontal overflow, no empty pages and no page
errors; 99.83% of class occurrences have a rule; JS-off and JS-on both render
rgb(10,10,10) ground with white ink.
