zeekay d5c2f100c6 fix(ci): Fix E2E and coverage test failures ...

- Add lock file cleanup in Playwright config to prevent dev server lock errors
- Downgrade vitest from 4.0.7 to 4.0.6 to match @vitest/coverage-v8
- Update pkg/ui vitest to 4.0.6 for consistency
