- Rename package statiq → static, StatiqHandler → Handler
- Update module path github.com/hhftechnology/statiq → github.com/hanzoai/static
- Add GetTracingInformation() for ingress observability compat
- Go 1.19 → 1.22, update CI action versions (v2→v4/v5)
- Rewrite README: no image, ingress integration docs, weight info
- Update LICENSE with Hanzo AI copyright
- Remove hhftechnology branding assets (banner.png, icon.png)
- Neutral directory listing theme (#333 instead of #4CAF50)

All 7 tests pass, 72% coverage.
