* overhaul `launchPythonServer` code in app main * run the windows app debug build on this branch * upgrade typescript * add assets script * attempt to fix rehydrate process in `launchPythonServer` * add some built assets to .gitignore * fixing up actual launch of python server in `launchPythonServer` * improve console feedback during one-time python install * fixup handling of python in prod/dev builds - in production build, install python to per-user application data dir - in development build, install python to the in-source-tree assets dir - also added cleanup of wheels dir post-install * add scripts to create and clean assets to package.json * add "Building/running" section to README * add build linux github action and build-linux-debug workflow * fix linux build action * switch "Make app" step powershell => bash in linux build action * attempt to turn on github action debug logging * fixup target argument in "Make app" step of build-linux-debug * add disk cleanup step to start of linux build action * add command `make:assets:cpu` cmd for building cpu-only assets * small cleanup of "yarn clean" cmds * use `assets/python.tgz` on all platforms
