deploy / build (push) Failing after 5m48s
STUDIO_PERSIST_QUEUE re-queues what was running so a crash mid-render does not lose the user's work. That is right, and it is also how one prompt took a node out for half an hour: evo's ROCm stack dies loading the Qwen VAE, so the prompt was restored, killed the process, and was restored again — seven times in thirty minutes, the node useless throughout, with nothing in the queue to explain it. Each restore is now counted and the count is written AT RESTORE, because the crash being guarded against happens before any later snapshot would have saved it. After two the prompt is dropped with a line naming it. Two, because the first attempt covers the honest case this feature exists for — a power cut, an OOM, a deploy — and the second covers one unlucky repeat; a third is evidence rather than misfortune. The snapshot file grows an `attempts` map beside `items`, and a file written in the old bare-list shape still loads, so a queue already on disk is not thrown away by the upgrade that reads it.
