David ReissandGitHub 7500a0cb64 Rename some dynamic config types and functions (#5717 )

## What changed?
- Rename `WithTaskQueueInfoFilters` to just `WithTaskQueueFilters`
- Rename `GetIntPropertyFilteredBy...` to
`GetIntPropertyFnFilteredBy...`
- Rename `...WithTaskQueueFilters` to `...WithTaskQueueFilter`
- Rename `GetMapPropertyFnWithNamespaceFilter` to
`GetMapPropertyFnFilteredByNamespace`

## Why?
Consistency, easier to read. Split off from future change to make
reviewing easier.

The methods on `Collection` should be renamed too but that's in the next
PR.
