## What changed?
Honor `reset_reapply_exclude_types` in batch reset API

## Why?
The non-batch API supports it and we want both interfaces to.

## How did you test it?
I have not tested it. It has been tested for the non-batch interface, so
this PR is correct iff `reset_reapply_exclude_types` is passed from the
user's batch request to each non-batch call.

## Potential risks
The batch interface would continue not to honor the field in the request
if this PR is not correct. Nothing else is at risk.

## Is hotfix candidate?
