## What changed? <!-- Describe what has changed in this PR --> Adds two lifecycle callbacks for workflow cache: OnPut and OnEvict. ## Why? Prerequisite for https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/pull/6090 tl;dr We need to track workflow contexts per shard in order to clear them when the shard closes. This is the first step towards that goal. ## How did you test it? <!-- How have you verified this change? Tested locally? Added a unit test? Checked in staging env? --> No actual behavior change is introduced here yet. The callbacks have a new unit test. ## Potential risks <!-- Assuming the worst case, what can be broken when deploying this change to production? --> No new behavior, therefore no risk expected. ## Documentation <!-- Have you made sure this change doesn't falsify anything currently stated in `docs/`?
