## What changed? <!-- Describe what has changed in this PR --> Added a step to `FunctionalTestBase.setupSuite` to wait for ES cluster to be in "yellow" or "green" state before starting tests. ## Why? <!-- Tell your future self why have you made these changes --> It seems some other functional tests are relying on this setup which was not an issue until test order was randomized, causing some functional tests to flake if they ran before `AdvancedVisibilitySuite` ## How did you test it? <!-- How have you verified this change?
