Stephan BehnkeandGitHub e0c1ec646d Rename "engine" to "client" in tests (#6232)
## What changed?
<!-- Describe what has changed in this PR -->

Renamed fields of type `FrontendClient` from `engine` to `client`.

PS: using `frontendClient` seemed unnecessarily specific/verbose

## Why?
<!-- Tell your future self why have you made these changes -->

There is a `shard.Engine` and `matching.Engine` etc. which makes using
this identifier for a frontend client misleading. Due to its name, more
than once have I thought that a History Service test was calling the
History Service directly, only to learn/remember that it's actually
going through the Frontend Service.

## How did you test it?
<!-- How have you verified this change? Tested locally? Added a unit
test? Checked in staging env? -->

Only touches tests. Refactoring was done via IDE.

## Potential risks
<!-- Assuming the worst case, what can be broken when deploying this
change to production? -->

## Documentation
<!-- Have you made sure this change doesn't falsify anything currently
stated in `docs/`? If significant
new behavior is added, have you described that in `docs/`? -->

## Is hotfix candidate?
<!-- Is this PR a hotfix candidate or does it require a notification to
be sent to the broader community? (Yes/No) -->
