Roey BermanandGitHub 8eda09eb01 Use namespace ID when persisting Nexus Endpoints (#6006)
- Use internal structure to represent nexus endpoints
- Fixes regression where we stopped using namespace IDs and transitioned
to names
- Fixes bug where we checked equality for persistence errors that are
returned over network
- Make nexus.EndpointRegistry an interface so it can be customized
