## What changed? <!-- Describe what has changed in this PR --> Added namespace-filtered dynamic configuration that allows us to enable additional error logging for a specific set of namespaces to aid in investigatory work. ## Why? <!-- Tell your future self why have you made these changes --> When investigating certain issues, additional request error logging is beneficial. Having the logging enabled at all times, however, is too noisy. ## How did you test it? <!-- How have you verified this change? Tested locally? Added a unit test?
