## What changed?

1. Add return parameter (error) to the activity updater.
2. Comment TestHistoryCacheConcurrentAccess_Pin unit test
3. Removed "ActivityState" function :). Not sure how I end up with that
one but it is not needed.
## Why?
<!-- Tell your future self why have you made these changes -->
1. Activity updater can fail, but there was no way to return an error.
2. If was not just failing on fresh main, but also stuck.
