## What changed? <!-- Describe what has changed in this PR --> - Add replication task equivalent back to source cluster if SyncState encounter the case where workflow in source cluster has transition history disabled. - Refactor MarkPosionPill - Refactor source shardID calculation logic as target cluster is not supposed to calculate the shardID for source cluster when DLQing a task. ## Why? <!-- Tell your future self why have you made these changes --> - Support disabling state-based replication ## How did you test it? <!-- How have you verified this change?
