## What changed?
- Added a new bytes histogram for V1 scheduler data.

## Why?
- We want to measure how much traffic we're sending in terms scheduler
writes,
since we plan to move most of that traffic from the event WAL to the
history WAL.

## How did you test it?
- [x] built
- [ ] run locally and tested manually
- [ ] covered by existing tests
- [ ] added new unit test(s)
- [ ] added new functional test(s)
