41022c9202 [MM-69599] Add mmctl channel users list command to list channel members (#37311)
* [MM-69599] Add `mmctl channel users list` command

Add a `list` subcommand under `channel users` that prints each channel
member's id, username, email and roles, backed by Client4
GetChannelMembers (paginated) and GetUsersByIds. Mirrors the --page,
--per-page and --all pagination flags used by other list commands.

* [MM-69599] Expand channel users list test coverage

Add unit coverage for custom --page/--per-page plumbing, multi-page --all
accumulation, the --all fetch error path, members whose user details are
missing from GetUsersByIds, and plain-format template rendering. Strengthen
the e2e --all case to assert the listed member's username, email and roles.

* Honor --per-page as chunk size when listing all channel users

When --all is set, pass the --per-page flag value to getPages instead of
hardcoding DefaultPageSize. This matches user list and job list behavior
where --per-page controls pagination chunk size and only --page is ignored.
