* Fix Playwright e2e testcontainers crash on Node 20 by pinning testcontainers to 11.14.0 [email protected] depends on undici@^8.5.0, whose webidl module unconditionally requires markAsUncloneable from node:worker_threads (added in Node 22.10.0/23.0.0). release-10.11 pins Node 20.11 via .nvmrc, so loading playwright.config.ts crashed with "webidl.util.markAsUncloneable is not a function" before any test could run. Pin testcontainers/@testcontainers/postgresql to 11.14.0, whose undici@^7.x has a safe fallback and no Node 22+ requirement. Verified the public API used here (GenericContainer, Wait.*, PostgreSqlContainer) is unchanged between 11.14.0 and 12.0.4. Also removes the Node 24 setup-node-for-testcontainers workaround steps in the Playwright CI template added as a stopgap for the same crash, now unnecessary since testcontainers no longer requires Node 22+. * ci: remove testcontainers teardown step from playwright e2e workflow (#37697)
