- Added the GOFLAGS environment variable to mmctl-test-template.yml and server-test-template.yml to disable VCS information during builds.
- Modified the vet-api-check script to use the GOBIN variable for the vet tool path, enhancing flexibility in the build environment.
- Updated the Makefile to streamline the vet-api target execution with conditional checks for FIPS compliance.
