Adding a feature - Explain what this achieves.--> #### Description Cleans up existing `metadata.yaml` file and their validation in preparation for validating the stability. Before this PR there were multiple problems that meant that `metadata.yaml` files were invalid for mdatagen. In particular: 1. A few components used `class` for the `parent` or used the `class` in an arbitrary way. I have changed those to be `class: pkg`. 2. A lot of components would fail `type` validation because they had a `/` in the name. I have added the `parent` to them. 3. Make `stability` not mandatory for noncomponents 4. Prior to this PR the `status` section was forbidden for subcomponents (those with a `parent`), I have relaxed that since we need it for chloggen component list generation --------- Co-authored-by: Alex Boten <[email protected]>
