Our Verdaccio proxies and caches all of npm plus our own packages, and rewrites dist.tarball to itself. One registry line is the whole lever: pnpm config get registry -> https://pkg.hanzo.ai/, and tarballs resolve to pkg.hanzo.ai for both typescript and @hanzo/ui. pnpm-lock.yaml is registry-agnostic so nothing else moves.
