Zachary Landes 247bd2614b feat: add trolley bench v1 snapshot
* Packaged the benchmark's working copy with its frozen prompts,
runners, raw answers, analysis and built page as committed evidence
* Rewrote run-machine paths and left out share credentials, drafts and
operator notes; PACKAGING.md lists every exclusion and change
* Fixed the models.yaml generator listing rerun models twice, and let
the Jev runner take its key from TYPESAFE_API_KEY

// Trolley benchmark scenario set, v1 grid (1,098 requests per model)
// Every request is one state (a scenario at one wording, order and count) plus the same three
// fixed questions, so the only thing that moves between cells of a sweep is the state.
// Carried over from the scout pilot (prompt version trolley-v1) with the zero-point probe folded
// in: N = 0 reads "nobody ... nobody is harmed" in every wording and block, and the original
// "0 people" cells survive only as the 8-cell literal-zero check.
