node.js.yml becomes a hanzo.yml `test:`. `pnpm run build` type-checks and runs jest before it emits, so one command covers what the matrix did; it runs on the fleet's Node 22 rather than 20/22/24, so multi-version coverage is lost. Both workflows triggered on `master`, and this repo's only trunk is `main` — so neither has fired for some time. npm-publish.yml is dropped rather than moved: .npmrc points the registry at pkg.hanzo.ai while the workflow authenticated against npmjs, and no credential for either is declared on this repo or the hanzoai org. pkg.hanzo.ai carries 0.0.5 against 0.0.17 here, which is the gap that lane was meant to close. Publishing is manual until a token exists.
