zeekayandHanzo Dev d5fee6d700 style: gofmt -s the tree so make check is idempotent ...

make check runs gofmt -s -w . in place, and the tree was not gofmt-clean, so
every invocation left 7 modified files behind and a reader could not tell their
own edits from the formatter's. Purely mechanical: trailing-comment alignment
and import ordering, no semantic change (git diff -w reduces this to three
import lines that only moved position).
