This is a relatively benign data race that's possible when two of the last
remaining contexts are calling s.unregisterContext at the same time, and both
decrement s.numContexts. One continues to release() the subprocess which puts it
into the available pool, but the other one has yet to read s.released. Then,
since the subprocess is in the available pool it can be retrieved with
fetchAvailable, which did not lock s.mu, which is where the data race happens,
because fetchAvailable flips s.released but one of the exiting contexts has yet
to read it.
The proper fix for this is to start holding references onto the subprocess. We
cannot reuse the subprocess while any systrap.contexts are still holding onto
sysmsg.ThreadContexts, so each context get's a reference. Each subprocess is
held by a MemoryManager as an AddressSpace interface, which calls Release on the
subprocess once.
This CL also removes subprocessPool.active because it is unnecessary at this
moment.

The systrap platform like the ptrace platform uses stub processes to manage
the user address space. The difference is how they intercept system calls and
other events like memory faults, exceptions, etc.
In case of systrap, all events that have to be handled by the Sentry trigger
signals that are handled by a custom signal handler installed on stub
processes. The signal handler switches control to the Sentry.
Here are a few other optimizations:
* On x86, system calls can be replaced with a function call to remove overhead
of signals.
* For fast interactions of sentry and stub processes, futex wait/wake can
be a bottle neck, so we use a polling mode.
The platform is launched for the purpose of testing and gathering initial
feedback. It is not yet ready for use in production.

All atomic 64 bit ints are changed to atomicbitops.(Ui|I)nt64. A nogo checker
enforces that sync/atomic 64 bit functions are not called.
For reviewers: the interesting changes are in the atomicbitops and checkaligned
packages.
Why do this?
- It is very easy to accidentally use atomic values without sync/atomic funcs.
- We have checkatomics, but this is optional and is forgotten in several places.
- Using a type+checker to enforce this seems less error prone and simpler.
- We get NoCopy protection.
- Use of 64 bit atomics can break 32 bit builds. We have types to handle this
without any runtime cost, so we might as well use them.

MemoryFile allocated offsets from the top down. This can generate
fragmentation when allocations happen in the opposite direction.
Given that applications control the order of allocations, use simple
heuristics to track the last faulted address to determine whether memory
file should be allocated from the top-down or bottom-up.
Here is the number of PMAs used across all processes in some common
workloads:
Workload | Before | After | Diff
---------|---------|---------|------
rustc | 135,269 | 1,090 | 0.8%
mysql | 16,466 | 4,576 | 28%
nginx | 1,738 | 1,609 | 93%
jenkins | 13,830 | 6,380 | 46%
redis | 334 | 308 | 92%
absl | 297,419 | 292,121 | 98%
Here is the direction of PMA allocations:
Workload | BottomUp | TopDown |
---------|-----------|---------|
mysql | 13,849 | 1,990 |
nginx | 783 | 628 |
jenkins | 13,922 | 2,333 |
redis | 88 | 109 |
absl | 212,403 | 44,019 |
Tests were done on Intel x64.

Removes package syserror and moves still relevant code to either linuxerr
or to syserr (to be later removed).
Internal errors are converted from random types to *errors.Error types used
in linuxerr. Internal errors are in linuxerr/internal.go.

Split usermem package to help remove syserror dependency in go_marshal.
New hostarch package contains code not dependent on syserror.

Checks in Task.block() and Task.Value() are conditional on race detection being
enabled, since these functions are relatively hot. Checks in Task.SleepStart()
and Task.UninterruptibleSleepStart() are enabled unconditionally, since these
functions are not thought to lie on any critical paths, and misuse of these
functions is required for b/168241471 to manifest.

This reduces confusion with context.Context (which is also relevant to
kernel.Tasks) and is consistent with existing function kernel.LoadTaskImage().

Like task_work in Linux, this allows us to register callbacks to be executed
before returning to userspace. This is needed for kcov support, which requires
coverage information to be up-to-date whenever we are in user mode. We will
provide coverage data through the kcov interface to enable coverage-directed
fuzzing in syzkaller.
One difference from Linux is that task work cannot queue work before the
transition to userspace that it precedes; queued work will be picked up before
the next transition.

Because the abi will depend on the core types for marshalling (usermem,
context, safemem, safecopy), these need to be flattened from the sentry
directory. These packages contain no sentry-specific details.

This reduces the number of goroutines and runtime timers when
ITIMER_VIRTUAL or ITIMER_PROF are enabled, or when RLIMIT_CPU is set.
This also ensures that thread group CPU timers only advance if running
tasks are observed at the time the CPU clock advances, mostly
eliminating the possibility that a CPU timer expiration observes no
running tasks and falls back to the group leader.
