images/benchmarks/hey/Dockerfile failed to build
because it used FROM golang:1.15 as build. Upstream dependencies of
hey now import standard library packages introduced in newer Go
releases ("io/fs" from Go 1.16 and "slices" from Go 1.21), causing
compiler errors in Go 1.15.
