00d76e630f
Adds initial scaffolding for eBPF in gVisor. It implements the bpf(2) syscall with support for BPF_PROG_LOAD, BPF_PROG_QUERY, and BPF_PROG_ATTACH. Necessary for the cgroups v2 flag to be enabled by default, as this fixes Docker-in-gVisor with cgroups v2.
