Ayush RanjanandgVisor bot 47a382ba29 Change default checkpoint compression to "none".
- The uncompressed snapshot format is faster to checkpoint and restore as it
consumes lesser CPU to compressing/decompressing content.
- The size reduction benefits from compression are minimal in practice (from
  the few workloads we sampled).
- The uncompressed snapshot uses a multi-file format which allows kernel and
memory restores to proceed in parallel, greatly improving restore speed.
- The uncompressed snapshot supports other optimizations like direct I/O and
  background restore (async page loading).

If this breaks you or you want to continue using compression, please set
`--compression=flate-best-speed` explicitly.

Note about backward compatibility: statefile.NewWriter() =>
CompressionLevelFromMetadata() always adds the compression key and a non-empty
value into the metadata. So snapshots generated before this change should
continue to be restored with this change using the correct compression mode
without issues.
