This change includes several minor cleanups:

- Fixes typos in comments across Go and C++ files.
- Removes deprecated Go build tags (+build) in favor of go:build.
- Modernizes Go code by using strings.Cut instead of strings.SplitN.
- Cleans up unused and missing C++ includes in workload.cc.
