gVisor leaks `EINTR` to the guest process.

`ConvertIntr` fails to convert hosts's `unix.EINTR`(`unix.Errno`) to
`ERESTARTSYS` due to direct equality check (`==`) against
`ErrInterrupted`(*errors.Error), EINTR leaks to sandboxed process.

Fixed by using `linuxerr.Equals` for type-safe comparison.
