Ayush RanjanandgVisor bot 87dc94cea1 Add a sync.Pool for sendfile buffers. ...

This pool will be used to reuse buffers of size pipe.MaximumPipeSize in the
sendfile implementation, reducing allocation overhead.

This was inspired from the investigation of `bun install` slowness. The
repeated buffer allocation was causing a lot of GC churn and also spending a
lot of time in runtime.makeslice().
