zeekayandHanzo Dev b3f7e23c98 release: 2.0.2
Two fixes to 2.0.1, both found by running `hanzo up` against a real cluster on
a machine that was busy: a guest's first connection is bounded by a minute of
wall clock rather than a thousand tries, and `run --stdio` stops when its stdin
closes instead of parking in a join while still holding the forwarded ports.
