Adds .hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml calling the canonical pipeline and deletes the GitHub-hosted workflows it replaces. Lands here because this is where the repo is written — git.hanzo.ai is upstream and github.com is its push mirror, so the same change made on github.com never reaches the runner fleet.

# No images: this is a Go interpreter consumed as a module. The `yaegi` command

# is not published from here — the goreleaser lane that used to cut it ran on
|
|
# GitHub's machines and is gone; when it is wanted back it is a `binaries:`

# block in this file, not a second pipeline.

# The interp tests import fixtures out of _test/ by module path and resolve
