test.yml asked for ubuntu-latest. The git-runner fleet deliberately advertises
no generic ubuntu-* label, so that job had nothing to schedule it here and
queued to the timeout — a shape that reads as silence, not failure.

deploy.yml built ghcr.io/hanzoai/zap from a Dockerfile deleted in 6e16d68,
when the zap-sidecar binary went away and ZAP became native everywhere. It is
dropped rather than ported: there is no image behind it to build.

What survives is the cross-language gate, now declared once in hanzo.yml.

# Canonical CI/CD config for hanzoai/zap — read by the hanzoai/ci reusable and
# by platform.hanzo.ai.
#
# No `images:`. The Dockerfile was deleted in 8981699 when the zap-sidecar
# binary went away and ZAP became native everywhere; the GitHub deploy lane
# that built ghcr.io/hanzoai/zap kept firing at a path that no longer exists.
#
# The gate is `make test`, which is where the cross-language proof lives:
# rust/tests/interop.rs drives a real Go ZAP peer, so a Go toolchain is not
# optional — without one that test SKIPS and the proof silently stops running.
# The reusable provisions Go from go.mod and Rust from Cargo.toml, so both are
# present here.
