Colin McDonnell 72b4a83f65 Use existing madge check:circular for cycle regression ...

The `check:circular` script in package.json already runs madge over
packages/zod/src in CI (`.github/workflows/test.yml`'s check-circular
job). It only excluded iso.ts because of the cycle this PR fixes;
removing that exclusion turns the existing job into the regression
guard, no new test files needed.

- Drop the regex-based static-analysis test in v4/classic/tests
- Drop the rollup-based test (and its vitest.config.ts) in
  packages/treeshake; the 35s+ CI cost isn't worth duplicating what
  madge already covers
- Remove `iso\.ts` from the check:circular exclude regex
