They've been moved to their own general section so they'll only run once. This will make it easier to iterate on those tests and reduces the test run time as a bonus.

I may regret this, but made some fairly sweeping changes. 1. The release envirnoment variable is now dynamically populated at run time as needed. It checks for the most recent release tag to assemble the release base url. This may be brittle, but it works for now and is better than hard coding it. 2. Moved away from envirnoment variables. I am not sure why they were being used essentially like run time arguments... and they caused all kinds of problems when running locally. This should hopefully put that whole thing to rest, though it does mean that the decent-app ui-automation workflow needs to be updated.

test-daos.ts

Miscellaneous changes. Very minor updates to test files. Most significant change is adding an npm script for running against a custom base url. This greatly simplifies doing that type of test run.
