Fairly major change to the project structure, test running, and test results. There were some tests that were extra redundant to be running for each governance type. They've been moved to their own general section so they'll only run once. This will make it easier to iterate on those tests and reduces the test run time as a bonus.

Adding in some new dao creation tests. These are more complex tests, using multiple UI elements and navigating through several pages. They may be far flakier than other tests.
