zeekayandHanzo Dev 2b6378c4a0 zt: build against the hanzozt forks
github.com/hanzozt-incubator does not exist — cf is a third-party dependency the
rebrand should never have touched, and points at openziti-incubator/cf again.

A rename put a literal space inside identifiers (Hanzo ZTOrg, ClaimAudienceHanzo
ZT); only occurrences with an identifier character on one side are joined, the
brand name in prose stays.

foundation renamed errorz.ApiError.Code to AppCode and gave the old name to a
Code() int32 method, so a stale .Code resolved to the method instead of failing
loudly. rest_model.APIError.Code is a different field and keeps its name.

The foundation self-replace pinned v2.0.86, a tag that still declared the openziti
path, under a require of v2.0.92 that declares the hanzozt one.

// TotpClaims is a set of claims used to define TOTP JWT tokens that signify the last time a client
// has successfully performed a TOTP code submission. They have no expiration date, but are tied to
// and API Session via the ApiSessionId/z_asid claim. A valid, unexpired Api Session token is required
// to be used in conjunction with a TOTP token - making the TOTP token scoped to the API Session's expiration and
// validity.
//
// As these are expected for HA systems only, they do require OIDC authentication to be issued and can
// be obtained via the /[edge|management]/v1/tokens/totp endpoint. Ensure your current API Session bearer
// token is valid and is set in the authorization header of the request.
//
// Claims:
// - z_asid: the id of the api session that the token is scoped to
// - z_t: the type of token, always "t"
// - sub: the identity id of the identity that the token is scoped to
// - iss: the controller that issued the token
// - issued_at: the time the token was issued, also indicated when the TOTP code was submitted and verified
