* Remove version, use, install and upgrade commands * Replace version with command which outputs CLI version * Remove redundant version commands * Remove ziti fabric add/remove-identity commands * Remove lots of unused code * Remove 'ziti tunnel enroll' command, which is replaced by 'ziti edge enroll'
