1.5.0 shipped ZERO artifact JSONs despite declaring
`artifacts/contracts/**/*.json` in `files`; 1.4.106/1.4.107 shipped 43. Every
consumer resolving `^1.x` got 1.5.0 and failed to build (TS2307 on the artifact
imports) — this is what broke @luxamm/v3-sdk and @luxamm/v4-sdk.
Built with `hardhat compile` (the prepublishOnly hook added in 8cdd496) and
published 1.5.1 with all 43 artifacts restored.
Reproducibility checked, not assumed: hardhat.config.ts pins solc 0.7.6 +
evmVersion istanbul + fixed optimizer runs, and the freshly-compiled bytecode
is BYTE-IDENTICAL to what 1.4.107 shipped for SwapRouter and Quoter. So there
is no on-chain divergence from recompiling.
Verified after publish: `pnpm add @luxamm/v3-periphery@^1.1.1` resolves 1.5.1
and lands 43 artifacts.
