Spec for the canonical Lux PQ secure channel. Adopts the IETF X-Wing combiner (draft-connolly-cfrg-xwing-kem) verbatim --- ML-KEM-768 + X25519 with SHA3-256 and the 6-byte XWingLabel. Identity is hybrid Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 over a transcript hash. Channel exposes net.Conn so ZAP rides on top unchanged. Supersedes LP-9701 (RNS hybrid link) and the parallel zap-protocol hybrid in Rust.
