zeekay dd93cb41f7 papers: cover-consistency + build pass on Lux Tier-2/3 catalogue
Sweep across the non-Tier-1 paper catalogue (Tier-1 owned by parallel
agent and excluded). All 113 processed papers already had luxcover
wired up; this commit fixes 14 build breakers and produces fresh
PDFs across the catalogue.

Fixes:
- lux-blockchain-scaling-laws: em-dash inside lstlisting -> --
- lux-corona-pq: stale \input pointing at 03-the-corona-scheme renamed
  to 03-the-corona-scheme (file already renamed on disk)
- lux-lattice-cryptography-primer: same Corona->Corona rename
- lux-formal-verification-lean4: Lean source uses unicode (×, ∀, ∃, ∈,
  ∧, ∨, ∩, ≠, ⟨, ⟩, ·, ¬) inside lstlistings. Added a literate map
  so listings render the math glyphs without UTF-8 fault.
- lux-id-did-specification: ✓/✗ in tabular replaced with \ding{51}
  / \ding{55} (pifont). Added pifont package.
- lux-ntt-simd-implementation: middle-dot in Go assembly listings;
  added literate {·}{\textperiodcentered}.
- lux-ntt-transform: μ, ×, –, — in regular text (no T1 fontenc).
  Replaced with $\mu$/$\times$/--/--- via unicode->latex sweep.
- lux-perpetuals-derivatives, lux-quantum-consensus,
  lux-quasar-consensus, lux-tee-computing-mesh: same unicode->latex
  sweep across body text. Also fixed broken math segment
  `$L_{avg} = 10$\times$$` -> `$L_{avg} = 10\times$`.
- lux-zchain: emoji glyphs in roadmap table replaced with
  parenthetical text.
- lux-triple-proof-consensus: dropped duplicate \usepackage{geometry}
  that clashed with luxcover (geometry option clash).
- pq: defined missing \Rq macro.

PDFs rebuilt for the full Tier-2/3 set.

Excluded (Tier-1, parallel agent): lp-073-pulsar, lp-stricte2epq,
dag-evm-formal, lp-010-quasar-stm-{3,4}, lp-020-quasar-consensus,
lux-institutional-custody, lux-nist-mptc-submission, pqsafe-il5,
pq-rns, plus shared/ and lps/.

\section{Production Deployments}
\subsection{Network Coverage}
Lux DAO has been deployed to multiple networks:
\begin{table}[h]
\centering
\begin{tabular}{|l|c|c|c|}
\hline
\textbf{Network} & \textbf{Chain ID} & \textbf{Active DAOs} & \textbf{Total Proposals} \\
\hline
Ethereum Mainnet & 1 & 14 & 127 \\
Optimism & 10 & 8 & 63 \\
Polygon & 137 & 22 & 184 \\
Base & 8453 & 11 & 91 \\
Sepolia (testnet) & 11155111 & 45 & 521 \\
\hline
\end{tabular}
\caption{Production Deployment Statistics (as of October 2024)}
\end{table}
\subsection{Case Studies}
\subsubsection{Case Study 1: DeFi Protocol DAO}
\textbf{Organization}: Anonymous DeFi protocol with \$50M TVL
\textbf{Configuration}:
\begin{itemize}
\item 70\% voting weight from protocol token (ERC20)
\item 30\% voting weight from genesis NFTs (ERC721)
\item 5-day voting period
\item 24-hour timelock
\item 10\% quorum requirement
\item 60\% approval threshold
\end{itemize}
\textbf{Outcomes}:
\begin{itemize}
\item 47 proposals executed over 18 months
\item Average voter participation: 23\% (up from 12\% pre-gasless voting)
\item Zero governance attacks or exploits
\item Average execution delay: 6.2 days (voting + timelock)
\item Gasless voting saved community $\sim$\$18,000 in fees
\end{itemize}
\subsubsection{Case Study 2: Media DAO with Payment Streaming}
\textbf{Organization}: Decentralized media collective with 200 contributors
\textbf{Configuration}:
\begin{itemize}
\item Role-based governance using Hats Protocol
\item 12 core roles with payment streams
\item 3-tier hierarchy (Editorial -> Department -> Contributor)
\item Monthly role elections via governance
\item ERC-6551 token-bound accounts for automatic compensation
\end{itemize}
\textbf{Outcomes}:
\begin{itemize}
\item 156 role assignments over 14 months
\item \$240,000 distributed via Sablier streams
\item Zero payment disputes (automated via TBAs)
\item 4 organizational restructurings via governance
\item Average role transition time: 2 days
\end{itemize}
\subsubsection{Case Study 3: Parent-Child DAO Hierarchy}
\textbf{Organization}: Investment DAO with 5 sector-specific sub-DAOs
\textbf{Configuration}:
\begin{itemize}
\item Parent DAO controls high-level strategy
\item Child DAOs manage sector-specific investments
\item Freeze mechanism for emergency intervention
\item Cross-DAO treasury management
\item Coordinated proposal execution
\end{itemize}
\textbf{Outcomes}:
\begin{itemize}
\item 28 parent DAO proposals affecting children
\item 2 emergency freeze activations (both resolved)
\item 141 child DAO proposals executed
\item \$12M managed across hierarchy
\item Average parent intervention time: 4 hours (emergency) to 7 days (planned)
\end{itemize}
\subsection{User Feedback}
Surveyed 150 active DAO participants across 35 organizations:
\begin{itemize}
\item \textbf{92\%} found gasless voting significantly improved their experience
\item \textbf{87\%} appreciated the flexibility of multiple voting strategies
\item \textbf{78\%} valued the ability to adjust governance parameters over time
\item \textbf{71\%} found role-based organization more intuitive than pure token voting
\item \textbf{23\%} experienced initial confusion with account abstraction signatures
\end{itemize}
