EIP-2537 \cite{eip2537} proposes BLS12-381 precompiles for Ethereum with gas costs derived from benchmarking on commodity hardware. Our BLS12-381 implementation follows the same specification but benefits from tighter integration with the Lux VM.
Post-quantum cryptography on blockchains has been explored by Chen et al.\ \cite{chen2021pqblockchain}, who analyze the feasibility of lattice-based signatures for blockchain authentication. NIST's standardization process \cite{nistpqc2024} finalized ML-DSA (FIPS 204, formerly CRYSTALS-Dilithium) and FALCON in 2024.
Batch verification techniques were introduced by Bellare et al.\ \cite{bellare1998batch} and adapted for blockchain by Boneh et al.\ \cite{boneh2018compact}. The Schwartz-Zippel soundness analysis follows standard techniques from probabilistic verification \cite{schwartz1980fast}.
