\section{Batching and Amortization}
Boolean gates have high per-gate cost due to bootstrapping. Batching amortizes the cost of key material transfer and NTT setup across multiple operations.
The \texttt{fhed} daemon's \texttt{/evaluate} endpoint accepts batched operations:
\begin{lstlisting}[language=Go]
// Batch of 100 AND gates in a single request
results, err := client.EvaluateBatch(
fhe.OpAND, pairs,
)
\end{lstlisting}
Batched evaluation reuses the NTT engine's precomputed twiddle factors and Montgomery constants across all operations in the batch, reducing amortized setup cost to near zero.
