\subsection{Key Differentiators}
\paragraph{Versus Ethereum.} Ethereum's EIP-1559 burns 100\% of base fees but has no supply cap and relies on PoS issuance to compensate validators. Lux's adaptive burn rate (50--90\%) provides more predictable validator revenue while still achieving deflation under sufficient utilization.
\paragraph{Versus Cosmos.} Cosmos ATOM uses a variable inflation rate (7--20\%) targeting 67\% bonded ratio. This creates perpetual dilution for non-staking holders. Lux achieves the same staking target with bounded supply through the fee-burning mechanism.
\paragraph{Versus Polkadot.} Polkadot's parachain auction model requires locking DOT for 2-year lease periods, creating extreme capital inefficiency. Lux appchains require only validator staking (minimum 2,000 LUX) with no lockup beyond the standard unbonding period.
