New: lp-305-nova-consensus/ — the shipped v1.36 finality ladder (Photon→Wave→Nova→Quasar→Horizon). Nova = majority local-accept ⌊n/2⌋+1 (crash-fault-safe, survives 3/5); Quasar = strict >⅔-stake export cert (Byzantine-safe). Safety proofs (crash-fault majority-intersection; no-two- conflicting-Quasars 2α−K>f), ZAP-native transport, size-invariance, and MEASURED evidence: live 3/5 coherence + the fee/gas-target throughput ceiling. Compiles (11pp). gpu-native-billion-tps: reference the v1.36 two-tier Nova it rides on and the vs-ava bench study; keep the built-but-unwired executor status honest. Compiles (13pp).
