zooqueen a1f77cacc9 papers: retire boschini2024corona key -> ringtail (third-party prior art); fix Pulsar/Corona/Ringtail provenance + lattice labels
Ringtail (Boschini et al., ePrint 2024/1113) is third-party prior art; Lux's
Corona (Ring-LWE = Module-LWE rank-1) builds on it; Pulsar is Module-LWE rank-k.
Retired the conflated boschini2024corona/corona2024/coronago/... bib keys to the
single canonical ringtail/corona/pulsar/magnetar keys, rewrote \cite + \bibitem
by context, and fixed 'Pulsar (Ring-LWE)' mislabels (Corona where corona.metal/
single-ring/Ringtail-derived; Pulsar where Module-LWE rank-k/ML-DSA). Cryptographer-led.

\section{Activation Roadmap}
\label{sec:activation}
%% ============================================================================
Quasar 3.0 was developed against a fixed activation calendar. The
following milestones describe the December 2025 release; later items
(e.g.\ Quasar 4.0 research) belong to Section~\ref{sec:future}.
\begin{table}[ht]
\centering
\small
\begin{tabular}{@{}lp{3cm}p{8cm}@{}}
\toprule
\textbf{Date (2025)} & \textbf{Milestone} & \textbf{Detail} \\
\midrule
1 Dec & Devnet freeze &
Quasar 3.0 binary frozen on \texttt{lux-devnet}; Mode 3 enabled at
$n=21$. Block time 500\,ms. Three-lane verification on QuasarGPU
enabled by default. \\[3pt]
8 Dec & Testnet rollout &
\texttt{lux-testnet} validators upgrade. Public Z-Chain
trusted-setup ceremony closes; $\mathit{vk}_Z$ hash published as
$\mathsf{zchain\_vk\_root}$ at the testnet genesis. \\[3pt]
15 Dec & \textbf{Spec freeze} &
This paper, the LP-020 LIP, and the soundness companion
\cite{qcert-proof} are tagged. No protocol-level changes after this
date except for security fixes. \\[3pt]
20 Dec & Final review &
Cross-team audit closure: Lean~4 / Tamarin proofs reviewed; Z-Chain
prover and Q-Chain DKG verified on testnet for $\geq 5{,}000$ blocks
with no QuasarCert verification failures. \\[3pt]
22 Dec & Mainnet bake &
Mainnet binaries deployed to validator operators. Read-only
shadow-fork against the previous network with QuasarCert generation
enabled (no finality). \\[3pt]
\textbf{25 Dec} & \textbf{Mainnet activation} &
Lux relaunch with Quasar 3.0. Mode $\mu = 3$ (Quantum). All seven
chain roots ($P_\text{val}, Q_\text{cer}, Z_\text{vk},
A_\text{att}, B_\text{br}, M_\text{mpc}, F_\text{fhe}$) are bound
into every QuasarCert from genesis. \\[3pt]
27--31 Dec & Post-activation review &
Telemetry: per-cert verify latency, Z-Chain prover wall-clock,
Corona combiner success rate. Operational runbook published as
the \texttt{quasar-3.0-operations.md} living document. \\

\label{tab:roadmap}
\end{table}
The activation is deliberate and singular: the December 2025 cadence
treats Quasar 3.0 as the long-term consensus baseline for the Lux
primary network. Subsequent point releases are reserved for security
fixes; protocol-level evolution (Section~\ref{sec:future}) tracks under
a separate LP and a separate paper.
