zeekay 98343d238e papers: Mar-3 freeze deliverables for hybrid PQ consensus stack
Quasar Horizon (consensus composition over Pulsar / ML-DSA / BLS lanes
under Prism + LSS lifecycle), Warp 2.0 (Pulse-backed cross-chain envelope
with forward-only v1->v2 migration and lattigo ReadUint64Slice DoS fix),
benchmark report (microbench, reshare, activation, Warp 2.0 verify, Prism
composition, GPU headroom, cross-WAN latency), and NIST IR 8214C-style
submission package (spec, parameter sets, domain separation, serialization,
reference-impl pointers, evaluation report, security analysis, side-channel
considerations).

All four deliverables compile cleanly via pdflatex+bibtex and reference
the canonical proof bucket files at proofs/{definitions,pulsar,lss,quasar}.
No duplication of proof bodies; cite by file path.

\section{Future Work}
\label{sec:future}
%% ============================================================================
Quasar 3.0 is the canonical consensus baseline for the Lux primary
network from 25 December 2025 onward. Several research directions sit
explicitly \emph{outside} the 3.0 spec and are being evaluated for a
prospective Quasar 4.0 release; full specification, theorems, and
benchmarks for those directions belong to a separate paper. Topics
under active research include conflict-free scheduling at the
transaction layer (cf.\ AFT~2025~\cite{aft2025-conflict-spec}),
deterministic execution variants such as
NEMO~\cite{nemo}, RapidLane~\cite{rapidlane},
Chiron~\cite{chiron}, ForeSight~\cite{foresight}, CSMV~\cite{csmv},
versioned-MVCC and vMVCC~\cite{vmvcc}, the Motor multi-leader
DAG~\cite{motor}, and Multiverse-style speculative execution
\cite{multiverse}. None of these are part of the December 2025 spec or
its proofs; they are listed here only to mark the boundary between the
activated 3.0 protocol and the open research backlog. Research is
underway. The 4.0 spec will appear as a separate paper when ready.
